The house has wonderful views towards Ibiza city and Dalt Vila and Ibiza town can be reached by car in 5 minutes.
The house is situated on a plot of 3200m² and is completely fenced in and has an electric entry gate.
The garden around the house has been planted with ornamental plants and palmtrees.

The house has 230m2 divided over three levels.
On ground level is a big open plan living space with sitting room, dining room and american kitchen, all with big windows and glass doors that give access to a covered terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a big fridge freezer.
In the livingroom is an open fire place, SAT TV and music equipment.

In total there are 4 bedrooms.
On the upper floor is the master bedroom with dressingroom, bathroom and a balcony.
On ground level are two bedrooms next to each other seperated by a sliding wall, one with a double bed and one with twin beds.
